What is it called when we burst out saying "Ooohh!I knew that!!!"? Define this in your own words. Do you find this happening to you often? haha I know I find myself doing it all the time. =]

Hindsight bias: when you think or pretend that for example you knew the answer to a math problem that already has been answered. and after you hear the answer you think you knew the answer all along.

it happens to me but i have to hear the answer and after i hear it i realized that i did knew the answer or the concept of it but maybe not the exact name to it.

Hindsight bias:phenomenon in which people exaggerate the predictability of an event after it has already happened.

An example of Hindsight bias is given a prediction of a hot day just beacuse the sun is out...After shortly the assumption is made,it is a hot day,it's somewhat like reinforcing the idea in someone's mind that his or her predictive skills are better than they really are.
