Why can't a grownup remember anything from when he was 2 years and younger?

A grownup can't remember anything from when he was 2 years and younger because the hippocampus area of the brain was not fully developed yet.

its not that a grown up doesnt remember anythong its just that they stopped trying to recall the information that its harder for them to remember.
