Interval refers to time sooo fixed intereval (FI) is something that would happen after a certain amount of time an example is a midterm test. Variable interval is when you dont know when its going to happen like a pop quiz. Ratio is about number. Fixed Ratio is a certain amount of somthings happens an example is some one who gets paid 1 buck for picking 10 grapes. Variable Ratio is a slot machine because you dont know how many times you have to do something before it'll happen... Gosh Mariela this answer took forever!
