Operant Conditioning is a Stimulus-Response pattern that when reinforced will condition the individual to respond to a desired behavior. Our behaviors are altered to be desirable or undesirable through reinforcements, punishments, and extinction so it is voluntary for us to decide our behavior to learn from it.

In Operant Conditioning getting awarded which has a response and a consequence. For example, if a child is able to be quiet they are able to get candy and the kid is happy.
