operant conditioning:The basic process by which an individual's behaviour is shaped by reinforcement or by punishment.

It's elements are reinforcement,positive and negative, as well as primary and secondary. The second most important element is concept of punishment, primary, secondary, negative and positive.

you're correct! operant conditioning is the basic process by which an individual's behavior is shaped by reinforcement or by punishment.

Althought its elements are operant response which creates specific consequences them being reinforcers when increase,positive and negative, and punishers when decrease.
