The three aspects of his theory are:

1)Analytical Intelligence: ability to get new knowledge and solve problems effectively.

2)Creative Intelligence: ability to adapt creatively in new situations, and use insight.

3) Pratical Intelligence: ability to select context that you can advance in and shape environment to accomodate to your strenghts and solve practical problems.

Analytical,Creative, and Practical make up Sternberg's triarchic theory:

Analytical intelligence: the ability to acquire new knowledge and solve problems effectively.

Creative intelligence: the ability to adapt creatively in new situations, to use insight.

Practical intelligence: the ability to select contexts in which you can excel, to shape the environment to fit strengths and solve practical problems.
