What determines intelligence is Heredity and Environment, but which one is more important and why?

It all depends on whose IQ's you are comparing.Accounting for group differences in IQ poses a vexing problem in psychology.Group differences in IQ test scores might be due to environmental factors, differences within racial groups could be due primarily to genetics, and the IQ test scores of particular individuals would therefore reflect the effects of both heredity and environment.
